Kupee allows users to interact with AI-generated virtual pet characters for entertainment purposes.
· The AI pets are automated digital entities and do not possess consciousness.
· All responses are generated algorithmically and are intended purely for interactive enjoyment.
· Kupee is not a provider of medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice.
· Kupee is intended for users 17 years of age or older.
· By using Kupee, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
· If we become aware that a user under 17 is using the app, we may suspend or terminate access.
When using Kupee, you agree to:

· Refunds and billing are subject to Apple’s policies.

· Users may stop using Kupee at any time by uninstalling the application.
· Kupee is provided “as is” and “as available.”
· Upadhyay Interactive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from:
o Reliance on AI-generated responses
o Temporary service interruptions
o Technical errors or device incompatibilities
· Terms may be updated to reflect legal or product changes.
· Continued use of Kupee after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
